It's the only scenario where this suicidal implosion of the economy makes sense.

The rich will allways make sure they are insulated from disaster and have the bunkers built to hide in. Everything from Putin's war to the latest budgetry farce from the Conservatives points to the rich points to the rich pushing for destruction. They want to get this crisis over and done with so they can swoop in and make a methphorical and literal killing.

We can only sit and watch in horror as it all plays out.
