Is that a euphamism? I really didn't know that the US had got so bad, environmentally speaking. The news from the US makes everything look like 'business as usual'. it reminds me of all those American sit-coms and soap operas, where everyone lives in huge houses or apartments, furnished with beautiful items, tastefully decorated and people always go out to eat.
