Several years ago BT (Before Trump), on another site (I think it was Quora), I once responded to a question about what would happen if Trump got elected (yes, ancient history now). In my rather facetious reply I implied that once elected Trump would make himself King. Of course my prediction was shot down by reference to the American Constitution and claims that 'it couldn't happen here'. I would be curious to see how many have changed their minds now that they have lived through the Trump reign. He certainly ruled as if he were the King of America. He even regarded himself as a greater ruler than Queen Elizabeth II, judging by his behaviour when visiting the UK.

He even thought about annexing Iceland (or was it Greenland) and I am sure that if he got back in power he would seriously consider Scotland to be rightfully his by birth right.

There may be other contenders to the throne but none have the sheer megalomaniac ego that Trump has, so look out if he runs again.
