So very true. There's a very important reason why mainstream media is all owned by billionaires and millionaires (even Russian ones). By owning the papers and TV etc they control the message and that message is 'don't believe the doomsayers'.

Sadly, too many people will simply not care until the hell-fire sets light to their roof and then they will complain about it. The first thing they will do is talk to their insurance company. After all if someone can come out and clean up the mess, why worry about it. Some people will remain complacent and apathetic right up until the fire is burning their hair; and then they will scream "Why me?". It's far easier to be a victim than a hero.
