Here is a check list of things to buy and do to make sure you outlive your neighbors
Ok it’s getting pretty obvious that no one (governments or billionaires) is going to do anything significant to prevent the oncoming climate disaster. Even the most enlightened politicians are simply making promises they know they can’t (or won’t) keep. Oil use is increasing, coal is still being burnt by the ton and the rain forests are still being cut down. Even when it comes to the general public the effort is only half-hearted by the majority (the number of people protesting is a tiny fraction of the overall population). So with the climate apocalypse pencilled in for the next 30 years or so, it is time to make plans for survival.
The first thing you will need to do is buy an RV, a big one. It needs to be as big and as expensive as you can afford because you are going to be living in it, full time, for a very long time. If possible, try to make it solar-powered as where the US is going, gas-stations may not be around much longer. Each climate disaster, whether it is flooding from hurricane force storms, destruction from raging firestorms, or desertification from persistent drought, is going to make staying put a bad idea.
