Yes it's all going to be down to economics this time. No transport cancelled, no restaurants closed, no companies having to send people home, nothing will be done that might effect the mighty dollar.

On the plus side I don't think this is the Plan B of the rich I wrote about in my article The rich have a plan for climate change, as it isn't deadly enough.
