Yes, no one tells you that you can get mentally exhausted but after the worry and stress of Covid, on top of anxiety about work, money, home, and relationships, something had to give. It's bad news when you wake up tired, no matter how long you lie in. Basically you need a whole new set of survival strategies based on just getting through the day. Self care is your new mantra. That and 'take it easy'. Difficult when you have pushed yourself all your life to succeed. All I can add is 'be gentle on your self'.
